This license grants you the right to create and sell unlimited physical products using any design purchased from our shop.

Perfect for small businesses, handmade sellers, and mass production.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• Unlimited commercial use of all purchased designs
• Valid for current & future shop designs
• No credit required (though always appreciated)
• Lifetime validity – one-time fee only
• You will receive a PDF license certificate with my personal signature, serving as official proof of rights
• Permission to use designs for Print on Demand (POD) platforms such as Printful, Redbubble, Amazon Merch, Zazzle, and more

Important:

• This license does not include design files. You must purchase designs separately.
• No physical item will be shipped.
• Copyright remains with the original artist; this license is non-transferable.
• This license is not valid for use within Vietnam. Commercial use rights granted under this license apply only outside of Vietnam, which is the artist's home country.

YOU MAY

• Use any purchased design to create and sell unlimited physical products (earrings, ornaments, apparel, décor, packaging, gifts, etc.)
• Sell products online, in physical shops, or at craft fairs/markets
• Sell on POD platforms without credit (though attribution is always appreciated)

YOU MAY NOT

• Sell, share, or distribute design files (original or modified)
• Create digital products/templates for resale
• Claim designs as your own, or use them as a logo/brand identity without significant changes
• Use designs for offensive/derogatory content or trademarks

TERRITORIAL RESTRICTION

• This license does not grant any commercial rights for manufacturing, selling, distributing, or using the designs within Vietnam.
• Any commercial use of the designs in Vietnam requires separate written permission from the artist.

WHEN TO PURCHASE THIS LICENSE

• If you plan to sell more than 150 units per design
• If you want unlimited usage rights across our entire shop
• If you need a personalized PDF license with my official signature as proof for business compliance
