Delivery Policy

Every HelloWildSky product is a digital file — here’s exactly how and when you’ll receive it.

How delivery works

There is no physical shipping. As soon as your payment is confirmed:

Your download link(s) appear immediately on the order confirmation page.
A copy of the same link is emailed to the address you used at checkout.
Every purchase is also saved permanently under My Account → Downloads, so you can re-download anytime.

What’s included in each download

Unless a listing says otherwise, each design includes: SVG, DXF, EPS and PDF versions of the file, so it works with most laser cutters, Cricut/Silhouette machines, and design software.

If something goes wrong

If your download link doesn’t work, the file won’t open, or you don’t receive the confirmation email (check spam first), email hello@hellowildsky.com with your order number — we’ll resend it the same day.

No shipping, no shipping fees

Because nothing is shipped, there are no delivery charges, no shipping regions, and no delays from couriers, weather, or holidays — your file is ready the moment your payment clears.
