Refund Policy

When we offer a refund or replacement

We’ll fix it or refund you within 7 days of purchase for:

• A corrupted file, a file that won’t open in common software, or a download link that never worked.
• A file that doesn’t match its listing (wrong design, missing layers, wrong format).
• A duplicate purchase of the same design made by mistake.

When we can’t offer a refund

• You changed your mind after successfully downloading a working file — digital goods can’t be “returned” once delivered.
• You don’t have software compatible with SVG/DXF/EPS/PDF files (please check format requirements before buying).
• The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.

How it works — 3 steps

• Step 1. Email hello@hellowildsky.com within 7 days with your order number and a screenshot or description of the issue.
• Step 2. We confirm within 1 business day and either send a fixed file, a replacement design of equal value, or process a refund.
• Step 3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically visible within 3–5 business days.

A note on previews

Listing photos show the design as a finished laser-cut/printed example. Slight color differences between your screen and your material/laser settings are normal and aren’t considered a file defect.
