1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting this website and purchasing a file, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or purchase our products.

2. What You’re Buying

Every product on HelloWildSky is a digital file (SVG, DXF, EPS and/or PDF) delivered by download — not a physical item. No physical product will ever be shipped to you.

3. Customer Accounts

• You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account.
• Please provide accurate account information. We may suspend accounts showing signs of fraud or false information.

4. Orders and Delivery

• Download links are generated automatically at checkout and also sent to your email. If a link doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll resend it — there’s no shipping delay to wait for.
• We may cancel and refund an order if a listing price was wrong due to a system error, or if the order shows signs of fraud.

5. License & Commercial Use

• Purchasing a file gives you a license to cut, print or otherwise reproduce the design into physical products.
• Unless a listing says otherwise, the commercial license covers up to 150 finished physical products per design, sold by you or your small business.
• You may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital file itself (the SVG/DXF/EPS/PDF) in original or edited form — only the physical items you make from it.
• Design ownership, the HelloWildSky name and logo, and all site content remain the property of HelloWildSky.

6. Responsibilities

• We’re responsible for delivering working files matching their description.
• You’re responsible for having software/hardware compatible with the file formats provided, and for checking format compatibility before buying.
• We’re not liable for indirect damages beyond the value of your order.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our policies evolve. Changes take effect once posted; orders already placed remain governed by the terms at the time of purchase.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first; if unresolved, by the competent authority in Hanoi.
